We sold a boat, bought a boat, blew it up & started a business! Read more 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

We SOLD our beloved Albemarle to take the next step towards a dream boat and bought a Carolina Classic 28! Unfortunately on Gene’s trip home, he blew an engine in the ocean. Whomp whomp. So the new boat has been dry docked since March and Gene has been spending every spare minute getting TWO NEW engines ready to drop.

In the meantime, we started a business! Go like our page —> Grays Creek Outfitters for fishing & coastal apparel!

We are one week away from getting the engines in the boat and having a splash day! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Since we don’t have the Albemarle anymore, our YouTube channel is changing! It’s now called “Grays Creek Outfitters” and you can expect to see a new video this summer! We will still share our adventures, fishing, boat stuff & more!

It’s been a while since I shared a video and I finally put together this video from our trip last August to Pirate’s Cove Marina in the Outer Banks! 🐚

Anddd….. This may be the last video on our Albe… 😭 We have officially listed her FOR SALE! 💰😱😱😱

Don’t worry- we are definitely NOT quitting the boat life! Boat life is the best life and our favorite memories are the ones from our boat trips and adventures. ♥️

We are actually searching for a new boat! 🤞🏻👏🏻 And have some prospects… We have outgrown our Albemarle 24 and need more cabin space and something a little bigger that can take us farther! (Also one with a kitchen and bathroom!)

We are SUPER EXCITED for this new adventure! 🎣🛳⚓️ And hope you will continue to follow us along on the journey!

Come with us as we explore the shores of the Roanoke Sound in the Outer Banks! We stayed at Pirates Cove, a world class marina plus we find a wrecked sailboat!

One year ago today we started a and boy how our adventures have evolved!

We were watching other boating YouTube videos in the evenings and asking ourselves “Why can’t that be us?” So we took the plunge and started recording our boat adventures.

Our main reason for starting this channel was to create a place for memories. Let me tell you it’s the highlight of our day, week, and even month when we all sit down as a family to watch the latest video posted. To watch the kids’ reactions as they see our memories come to life is so fun!

We have gone from taking rides close to home in our James River to traveling to Cape Charles, Virginia Beach, and the Outer Banks exploring NC waters.

We are looking forward to recording and sharing many more adventures… and expanding our horizons to bigger and better things! We have so much planned! Stay tuned and thanks for joining our family adventures! If you have YouTube, don’t forget to ! 🐟🌊🦪♥️
