This week we are getting back on track and our focus is on a new young gun Tyler Fritz. Tyler came to us back in February with a huge background in sewer and water installations. Tyler has proven to be a very valuable employee. He takes pride in his work and has an infectious attitude that carries through to everyone around. I always look forward to seeing Tyler walk through the door in the morning. Everybody who knows me knows that I am not a morning person, but Tyler’s energy breaks right through that.

So happy to have you aboard Tyler and I’m looking forward to seeing you progress this year.
