Got the lights back on and power restored to a fuel island for a trucking customer tonight.

Root cause of the issue was found to be a 100 kva 480 volt step down transformer shorted out internally. This was caused by a bad 3 phase transformer at the pole that was arcing on the line transducer on the incoming feed on the city’s side. This was causing a persistent voltage flicker throughout the building over several hours.

Some minor wiring clean up and outbuilding connections to be completed tomorrow to finish off this service call.
