Customer complaint:
A different shop told him he needed Outer Tie Rod Ends, Hub Assemblies and Left Front Axle Shaft.
I inspected the vehicle and found the true problems.

Repair:

Repair:
Found the Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor wasn't reading. Removed, cleaned and replaced the Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor and Hub Assembly.

Customer complaint:
No Start
Customer was told by someone that it needed a Starter. This is why I diagnose issues rather than going by what someone told the customer.

Repair:
Cleaned off corrosion on Terminalsand, installed Terminal Protectors and replaced the bad Battery.

2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 3.8L

Customer complaint:
No crank, no start

This is the same Jeep that was just in with a bad starter wire and starter. It started as it should for days and then presented a no start, no crank condition. I started diagnostic and found the M27 Fuse, which is the ignition fuse, repeatedly blowing. These Jeeps are known for a list of multiple issues that contribute to this situation. I tested the Ignition Switch Module, Total Intergrated Power Module (Underhood Fuse Block) and SKREEM Module. All passed.

Repair:
The pink with white wire that runs from the TIPM under the hood to the SKREEM and Ignition Switch Module had a short to ground. Repaired the bad wire in the engine compartment wire harness and all is well.

2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 3.8L

Customer complaint:
Stalled and is no start, no crank.

Issue:
Found a melted, exposed starter wire. This also shorted out the Starter Solenoid and blew the factory, mislabeled Fuse M33 to the Ignition Switch. Positive Battery Terminal was also corroded and loose.

Repair:
Replace Starter, Starter Wire, M33 Fuse, cleaned Positive Battery Terminal, installed Terminal Protectors and tightened the Positive Terminal.

I've already completed a few jobs here in Huntsville.
2019 Nissan Kicks SV 1.6L.

Customer requests:
Install a trailer hitch and trailer wiring harness.

I installed a 2500Lb. trailer hitch which required a little fabrication of the frame and heat shield. Added a 1 1/4 inch to 2 inch receiver adapter with a 1 7/8 ball.
I also installed the trailer wiring harness which the instructions said for it to be installed on the exterior of the vehicle. I installed it in the interior of the vehicle to keep it weather proof and dropped the trailer connector from the interior to exterior near the hitch.

2018 Chevy Cruze 1.4L

Customer complaint:
Stumbles on acceleration.

Repair:
Retrieved the DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code), I found a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) referring to the air intake system. Specifically the Air Filter mounting.
Replaced the Air Filter and ensured proper mounting. Replaced the Spark Plugs because the vehicle had been running rich.
