New Hello Road vid! I recently imported this boxy, adorable, turbocharged kei car from Japan, my 1999 Mitsubishi Toppo BJ. I purchased it sight unseen, so when it arrived I found a few issues! The tires are trash, there might be a suspension issue, and the car is just incredibly filthy. Today let’s slap on a new set of tires, get it cleaned up, and tackle a few other small projects along the way. Come join me as we try to make this little box on wheels look and drive much better than before!

The gods have good taste in cars.

This 944 Turbo was one of the most fun cars I had ever owned. With over 400k miles on the clock, it wasn’t very reliable, but how it drove on a canyon road kinda made up for that. I miss the driving experience, but after spending almost $5/mile on repairs, I don’t think I’ll go down that road again! 😅
