The 12-Gauge Garage Jack's suburban two-car garage. It's cleaned up for its pictures, but it's a working shop. I do automotive work, metal fabrication and carpentry in it.

Sure, it's strange to have a page for the place where you park your car, but this little garage is popular out there in cyberspace and has a lot of ideas packed into it for people looking to make the most of a fairly small working space. I did everything myself, from

setting the tiles and building the cabinets to digging out the pit for the hydraulic lift. The total budget was less than $3,500, last time I checked. I use the place for automotive work, metal fabrication and carpentry. The car you see in it is my track/weekend 1972 Porsche 911.
