My Comeback Story 💪🏼

What started as a part-time job at T-Mobile has turned into a journey of growth, leadership, and discovering my purpose. I went full-time, earned the opportunity to become a Key Holder and supervisor, and began coaching new hires while proving myself through performance.

Along the way, I realized sales is more than hitting numbers. At its best, it’s about genuine human connection: understanding people’s needs, building trust, and helping them accomplish their goals. Sales isn’t about deceiving people; it’s about creating value and helping others win.

Now, I’m ready for the next chapter: transferring to an Experience Store where I can sharpen my skills, take on greater responsibility, and pursue the Leadership Fast Track.

This feels like my comeback story not just finding what I’m good at, but discovering something I can build a future around. I want to master my craft, become a stronger leader, and use what I learn to create opportunities beyond the traditional career path.

I went from part-time to leadership, and now I’m building momentum toward something bigger. I’m not just climbing the ladder; I’m learning how to build one of my own

Lately I’ve been learning that surrender doesn’t mean giving up. It means releasing the need to control everything while still taking responsibility for my choices.

When fear comes up, I’m learning to pause instead of spiral.

Breathe. Observe. Meditate. Visualize. Choose. Act. Let go.

Sometimes something can look like a complete mess and feel like hell, but that doesn’t mean I’m going the wrong way. Maybe it’s exposing old fears, patterns, and versions of myself I’m finally ready to outgrow.

I keep coming back to one question:

How do I become a high-frequency person?

I think it starts with realizing that love, peace, courage, joy, gratitude, and fulfillment aren’t things I need to chase outside of myself.

Love is already who I am. ❤️

“Don’t be a liar. Be a Lover.”

That doesn’t mean being naive or having no boundaries. It means choosing love whenever I have the choice toward myself, my daughters, and others.

I am the gift.

Instead of asking, “What can I get?” I’m learning to ask, “What can I give? How can I contribute? How can I make someone’s life better?”

For me, being “high frequency” isn’t pretending life is perfect. It’s choosing how I respond when life gets difficult.

I can acknowledge fear without becoming fear. I can detach from outcomes while still taking action.

Love instead of fear.
Peace instead of chaos.
Courage instead of avoidance.
Gratitude instead of lack.

That’s the frequency I’m working to embody not just think about it
Life is perfect not because everything is perfect, but because I’m learning how to meet life exactly where it is. ❤️

Picture this with me 🎬

K thru 12 was just programming. We're taught to be employees even the "smart" path just leads to mid-management, working for someone else's company.

I got lucky early. Went door to door selling newspapers, no idea what I was doing, just figuring it out house by house.

Picture me at 24 Hour Fitness, 24 years old, grinding out 200 sit ups. That's when it hit me something was missing. I'd been sleeping on myself. Only believing in myself 70%. 😉

That's the biggest secret of life right there believe in yourself 100%, wholeheartedly, and give it everything you got.

No plan B. Just plan A, all in.

That's when it got clear live a better life, do the right thing, become a better human being. None of the external stuff matters if you're a nasty individual underneath it.

That's just a glimpse of my story. I'm documenting more of it as I go now using everything I've learned to help real estate agents scale their book of business and now ride this wave with me. 🙌 ✅️ ✔️ 👍

Top down. Cali sun on my face. Engine humming under me like it knows what it took to get here. This right here this Porsche isn't about flexing. It's proof. Proof that the game respects discipline before it respects talent. I came from the projects. Nobody was networking there. Nobody was building credit scores or thinking about "high-level circles." So when T-Mobile put me in rooms with people who thought differently who moved with strategy instead of survival I didn't just take notes. I studied the game. Because power isn't given, it's positioned. You put yourself where the doors are, then you make yourself impossible to ignore. There's a law that says: conceal your intentions, let your results speak. So while I was moonlighting, sacrificing nights I could've spent living lavish, sacrificing time with people I loved nobody saw the grind. They just saw the outcome. An 800 credit score. A Porsche in the driveway. A kid from the projects proving the blueprint works if you follow it all the way through. I made music during that same season. Funny thing it taught me the same lesson business did: it only takes one deal, one record, one right move to change everything. That's why they call it a business. Not a hobby. Not a dream you check in on sometimes. A business you build, brick by brick, law by law. People love to romanticize the come-up but skip the part where you're alone at 2am grinding while everybody else is asleep. Skip the part where you say no to nights out because you're building something they can't see yet. That's the part nobody claps for. That's the part that separates the ones who talk about it from the ones who become it. So here's what I'll leave you with same principle every real CEO learns eventually: never let a relationship, a title, or a comfort zone cost you your vision. Protect your future self more than you protect your feelings today. This next chapter isn't about working for money anymore. It's about positioning money to work for me building something that outlives the hustle, so freedom isn't just a feeling I get cruising down PCH. It's a permanent address.
