MEET THE POWERHOUSE TEAM |
MJ SANCHEZ
We’re talking about the people behind PowerHouse again, and there’s one person who deserves a different kind of recognition.
MJ Sanchez!
MJ joined PowerHouse in November of last year, making her the longest-standing member of our amazing team.
And when I say she’s been through it with us, I mean it.
She’s worked through the Texas heat, cold, wind, mobile jobs, shop days, learning new things, moving shops, and plenty of days when things simply weren’t easy.
There was even a day when it was just me and MJ working in freezing wind, on a huge dually truck, trying to get the job done.
And she showed up.
She didn’t complain. She kept learning. She kept working. She kept coming back.
That kind of loyalty means something.
Over these past 10 months, I’ve also watched MJ better herself. Not just as a detailer, but as a person. She’s learned, grown, and continues to work toward becoming better at what she does and who she is.
Nobody is perfect. We all fall short sometimes. But I believe what you do after you fall says a lot more about you than the fact that you fell.
And MJ keeps getting back up.
I can’t leave out that she’ll even outwork a lot of you men out there…
MJ, thank you for showing up, sticking it out, and continuing to learn and grow with us, even when it hasn’t been easy.
We’re proud to have you as part of the PowerHouse family, and I’m excited to see what the next chapter brings.
Here’s to more growth, more opportunities, and more good days ahead.
