INSIDE SALESPERSON—AUTO SALVAGE PARTS
Looking for full time inside salesperson at established late-model auto salvage yard in western suburbs. Responsible for phone sales with current, call-in and walk-in customers, as well as managing online ebay sales.
Must have:
• Minimum 5 years work experience in automotive industry
• Attention to detail and be self motivated
• Ability to multi-task and thrive during peak business times of day
• Previous customer service and extensive understanding of computers/technology
• Current drivers license
• High School Diploma/GED and/or post graduate education
• Previous experience with Hollander parts system and/or Ebay sales a plus!
• Spanish speaking desirable (not necessary)

Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm (no weekends!). Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. Background check required.

WANTED: AUTO DISMANTLER

Looking for someone local with the ability to fully dismantle vehicles (ie: removal of all drive train, front and rear suspension, doors, fenders, bumpers, seats, dash, computers, etc).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Fully teardown and dismantle vehicles & avoid damaging parts while doing so
• Clean out debris from vehicles prior to processing
• Remove and properly dispose of vehicle fluids and pull out batteries to be tested/resold
• Label removed parts with vehicle stock number and attach inventory tag
• Dismantle tires
• Assist in preparing vehicles for transport to recycling facility
• Adherence to EPA & OSHA requirements
• Assist in pulling parts from inventory as needed
• General housekeeping and upkeep of work areas
• Assumes other duties as assigned

Attention to safety is a MUST.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion for automobiles and previous auto experience
• Have/use own tools
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to operate a forklift safely (training provided)
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current & valid MN driver's license
• Bilingual in English/Spanish desirable

Full-time position with Monday-Friday hours (no weekends).
Pay commensurate with experience.

Looking for someone local to retrieve vehicle parts from inventory for shipping, delivery and walk-in customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Learn inventory locations
• Retrieve work orders and pull parts from inventory
• Confirm stock numbers are written on all parts
• Inspect parts for any damage
• Put parts away and restock shelves
• Assist auto dismantler in tagging parts as needed
• Adherence to EPA & OSHA requirements
• General housekeeping duties in yard, shop & office as needed
• Assumes other duties as assigned

Attention to safety is a MUST.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Passion for automobiles
• Ability to use a computer to access vehicle inventory and look up parts
• Ability to identify vehicle parts and distinguish colors
• Able to lift 50-75 pounds
• Have no fear of heights
• Ability to work both inside and outside in all types of weather
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Current & valid MN driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Bilingual in English/Spanish desirable

Full-time position with Monday-Friday hours (no weekends).
Pay commensurate with experience.
