Fell asleep waaay too early, but up @ 3:45 wide awake.. Tinnitus & headache still there but screw it !! Watchin a holiday classic while I work out with the weights, then a quick snack, hit the bike for 15-20 miles & then start the day.. Hope everyone has an awesome Wednesday…

Was an awesome 15 mile ride this morning on the fixed gear… Feels awesome not being able to stop pedaling or having to switch to an easier gear.. My big ass has to keep pedaling as long as the bike is moving..

Got some cleaning & vacuuming done early.. Now im listening to some Iron Maiden & finishing up a shoulder & arm workout… Then I’ll hit the bike later on & get some long awaited bike maintenance done today !!!
