How many more lives are we going to lose before something changes?

How many more blue-collar men and women have to die just doing their job?

These aren’t just workers.
They’re fathers, sons, daughters, friends — people with families waiting on them to come home.

And every single day, they step out onto Kentucky roads to keep the rest of us safe.

So why are we still waiting?

Troy’s Law should not be sitting idle.
It costs nothing.
It’s simple.
And it could save lives.

Kentucky Senate — how much longer does this need to take?

Because every day this gets delayed is another day someone is standing on the side of the road, hoping they make it home.

That shouldn’t be part of the job.

Enough is enough.

We’re not asking for attention —
we’re asking for protection.

House Bill 282 — Troy’s Law — has STALLED in the SENATE.

Let that sink in…

After everything…
After the lives lost…
After the overwhelming support and a 92–0 PASS in the House…

…it’s now sitting still.

And we cannot let it die there.

This bill is not politics to us.

This is personal.

This is for Troy Caldwell.
This is for David Fisher.
This is for Hubert Mosby.

And every tow operator still out here working inches from traffic… just trying to make it home.

I’ve spent countless hours on the phone…
Driven across this state…
Sat down with anyone willing to listen…

Not for attention.
Not for recognition.

But to make a change.

Because doing nothing guarantees one thing…
👉 More funerals.

Now we need YOU.

🚨TROY’S LAW - MOVES FORWARD🚨

Today marks a moment that will forever be remembered in the towing industry.

Troy’s Law HB282 moved out of committee and is moving forward.

While it may not be everything we originally asked for, it is a step in the right direction — and sometimes progress doesn’t come all at once… it comes one hard-fought step at a time.

His life, his sacrifice, and his story have not been forgotten.
His death was not in vain.

Because of Troy, people are paying attention.
Because of this fight, the world now sees what tow operators face every single day — working inches from traffic, risking our lives to help complete strangers.

This has never been a failure.
This is a victory.

A victory for awareness.
A victory for the hardworking, blue-collar men and women of the towing industry.

And most importantly this is a foundation for what comes next.

We are not done.
We will continue to push forward.
We will continue to fight for better protection.
And we will continue to stand united as an industry.

Because at the end of the day…
we show up when others are in their worst moments.

And we deserve to make it home.
