So this weekend we went up to numidia for the big Bobby’s summer slam series. Natasha couldn’t be there this weekend so it was just the guys and the 3 dogs hanging out for the weekend.
Friday night we found a broken fuel pump wire on the cutty which was our entire issue with the car from 2 weeks ago. We got it fixed just in time to get 2 test passes in for Friday night street night. Round 1 we got kicked over to the right lane and the car finally hooked and left like it used to unfortunately to be -.011 red on the hit ending our night.
Saturday morning we rolled out the jr for rieleys day to race for the championship belt but round 1 saw rieley cut a great light but ultimately lost the run. His opponent was a touch quicker on the hit and rieley tried to drive the strip at the end but missed it by just a smidge ending his day.
We entered the cutty into the mix Saturday as well round 1 had the better light but dumped off to much at the stripe to be just barely edged out for round 1 loss and in the buy backs the car picked up and broke out ending the cutty day.
Sunday rieley entered the jr gamblers race he lost round 1 but went into buy backs for a win to get back in the competition. He ended up going rounds and making it down to the 1/4 finals against Saturday winner Seth. He knew he had to be on his game. He cut a great light but ultimately dumped to much at the stripe to loose on quarter finals.
We entered the cutty again for Sunday round 1 was a sleeping on the light loss. Entered into buy backs and won to get back in it. Round 2 we had Chris gonier who is really tough on the tree. We attacked the tree hard to ultimately go -.015 red for a round 2 loss ending our day.
Was a great guys weekend racing and we had a blast. Rieleys car is still consistent and he’s figuring out the whole concept of bracket racing every weekend and getting better every pass. The cutty seems to be back on consistent passes the driver just needs to get back on the game. Can’t wait to do it again

We appreciate all the help over the weekend to include helping make sure rieley was setup for his next rounds and down to staging while I made my passes in the cutty then frantically got down to the lanes to get rieley on the line thank you!
