A little different from my usual real estate posts…

Most people know me for helping clients buy and sell homes, but outside of work, I enjoy building things, working on my cars, and tackling projects around the house.

With the SoCal summer heat coming, I decided to improve the ventilation in my garage using materials I already had on hand. No fancy woodworking setup, just a handheld saw, a drill, 1-inch plywood, plenty of measuring, and a little patience.

After mocking everything up to the existing wall vent and running clean conduit for power, it all came together better than expected.

I enjoy projects like this because they’re a reminder that building something with your own hands, solving problems, and seeing the finished result is always worth the effort.

Last weekend at Audio Systems, I brought out Project Audiphile 3.0 for the first time.

Honestly, the goal was simple, get real feedback from judges I trust and see where the car actually stands.

No expectations.

Didn’t think we’d be walking away with 1st at EMMA, IASCA, and WCA. That part still hasn’t really sunk in.

Grateful, for sure. But if I’m being honest, it just shows how much more there is to chase.

This build has never been about trophies. It’s been a long road of chasing something that’s hard to explain unless you’re deep in SQ. The details, the tuning, the constant second guessing… all of it.

Big thank you to my guys at Audio Systems. You’ve had my back through all the changes, the setbacks, and the “let’s redo this again” moments.

And to the SQ community, appreciate the feedback, the criticism, and the people who keep pushing the bar higher.

3.0 is just getting started.

🌅Evenings like this remind me why I appreciate the small details.
Clean design, warm light, a smooth drive, hifi audio, and a little peace at the end of the day.

The LS has always represented balance to me…
Comfort, precision, and doing things the right way even when nobody notices.

Stay focused. Stay grateful.🙏

🔰High school car. Original owner since 1997.
🔰Built, boosted, and still running after all these years.
🔰Fully built 2.0 stroker turbo, period-correct setup, and still sitting in the vault.

🔰Some cars you sell.
🔰Some cars you keep forever.

Back at AU Tuning dialing in the details.

This phase focused on refining the engine bay for efficiency, reliability, and a cleaner ex*****on around the fully built stroker motor.

Key updates:
• Semi wire tuck and engine bay cleanup
• EVAP system removal
• Radium Engineering oil catch can system
• Billet valve cover with breather lines
• Custom downpipe fabrication
• Full return-style fuel system conversion
• Radium fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator

Every change has a purpose. Not chasing numbers, but improving airflow, fuel control, and long-term serviceability while keeping the bay organized and functional.

Project Audiphile continues to evolve.
