Mariah McIntyre and I have come up with a cookbook that has over 140 recipes and pictures, most of which have been perfected by us over the years. Some of my personal secret bbq recipes are in there and you'd be a fool to not want to know them...

They do cost to publish, print, send as an ebook and all, but we'd also like to make a little money off of the efforts my wife and I have put into writing this thing. It's taken us 18 years of cooking, learning, failures and trash bags to make these into our "McIntyre Cookbook."

If anyone is interested in this, send me a message and we'll work out some details. The range of cost is anywhere from 20-100 depending on book choice itself.

Pulled pork - $12 per lb.
Burnt Ends - $12 per lb.

Beef
Brisket - $18 per lb.
Pastrami - $12 per lb. - this takes around a week
Beef Ribs - $5 per rib

Sides
Mac n cheese - $30 per 13x9 pan
- $20 per 6x9 pan
Cheese - $12 per lb.
Mushrooms - $8 per lb.
