The crew at Cross Town Service Center completed another successful repair today on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The customer reported issues with the 4WD system and jerking in the rear wheels. After being misdiagnosed elsewhere, our team determined the problem was with the rear end which the crew replaced. We take pride in providing honest assessments to get customers back on the road safely. (Video of repaired vehicle in the comments ☺️)

We received a 2012 Buick Enclave from a customer who reported vibrations while driving. After a comprehensive inspection and test drive, Dan and the crew determined that a leaky strut and faulty inner and outer tie rods were the causes. Replacement of these components corrected the issue, ensuring a smooth ride and a happy customer.

We don't only work on cars and trucks, add side by sides to our growing list. We replaced the shifter cable, changed the oil and filter on this 2022 Can Am Commander 1000 R. I wonder what else will roll through our doors this week? 🤔

We've had a busy week and hadn't had an opportunity to post, but we'd like to share one of the jobs we've completed recently. A Freightliner business class truck was brought to us due to noise and belt squealing issues. Following our thorough inspection, we discovered that the alternator's bearings were going bad. After replacing the alternator, the truck was restored to optimal working condition, starting and running smoothly. Check out the video.
