Over the last several weeks, I've had a few friends/ former customers steered by their insurance company to their "PREFERRED SHOPS". Many of whom have called us after the fact about poor repairs. We're happy to take on any insurance claim start to finish. Don't be bullied by your insurance company. IT'S YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR CHOICE. We've heard it all, from "we won't guarantee it" to "you may be responsible for out of pocket expenses". This just another one of their tactics.
