I don't write reviews often, but when a business exceeds my expectations like this, they absolutely deserve one.
I'm extremely neurotic when it comes to my vehicles, and I'll be the first to admit I'm a perfectionist. When I brought my car to Factory Finish Paint & Body Shop, I was completely upfront with Tom, the owner. I told him I wasn't looking for "good enough"—I wanted a flawless repair with a paint match that looked like it came from the factory.

Tom didn't brush off my concerns or try to upsell me. Instead, he spent the time to walk me through every option, explaining the pros and cons of repairing my existing bumper versus replacing it. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right shop.

The end result? Absolutely incredible.

I actually waited a full month before writing this review because I wanted to make sure the paint continued to look perfect after multiple washes and everyday driving. I can honestly say the color match is spot on. If I didn't know the bumper had been repaired/repainted, I would never be able to tell. The finish, the depth, the blend—everything is flawless. It's not a 10 out of 10...it's an 11 out of 10.

What impressed me most is that Tom takes genuine pride in his work. In a world where it's becoming harder to find people who truly care about craftsmanship, he stands out. His precision and commitment to getting everything exactly right are second to none.

In fact, I wish Tom had been the one who repainted my car originally because his work is that much better. The quality speaks for itself.

If you're picky about your car like I am and want someone who treats it as if it were their own, stop searching and bring it to Factory Finish Paint & Body Shop. Tom has earned my trust, my future business, and my highest recommendation. This will be my body shop from here on out.

Before and after. Debris on the road took out the bumper, condenser, and the radiator. We installed aftermarket screens to help protect the condenser in case this might happen again. Awesome color and excellent color matching by Juan our painter. He really takes pride in his work as well as all the techs. Super hard to find these days. Blessed to have these guys!!

As a painter for 30 years, I've worked for quite a few different shops. What I found is that the big shops are all about numbers; everything was about how much you can squeeze in by the end of the month. With that being said, I've spent most of my time working in family-owned independent shops, and what I've noticed is that the family-owned businesses' number one concern was quality, as the bigger shops' number one concern was numbers. So here at Factory Finish, quality is number one. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, and all work comes with a lifetime warranty. We have all the top-of-the-line equipment to put any vehicle back to OEM specifications.
