TowBoatUS Lower Louisiana is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our team in and around the area of Lafitte, Louisiana.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marine environment, has strong organizational and communication skills, and can help ensure our captains, customers, and operations run smoothly 24/7.
✅ Must have:
• Valid USCG license
• Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement
• Local knowledge of Southern Louisiana and surrounding waters a plus
• Ability to work independently and be on call
✅ Responsibilities include:
• Managing daily towing and assistance operations
• Coordinating crews, schedules, and vessel readiness
• Assisting with customer service and membership growth
• Supporting emergency response and marine assistance efforts
• Maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards
