This custom TransFueler Aviation build combines a 2,000-gallon double-wall Jet-A tank with a Custom Integrated 4-Tank System for gasoline and diesel—giving operators access to three fuel types from a single mobile fueling platform.

The Jet-A system is equipped with aviation-grade dispensing equipment for filtration, metering, grounding and overwing fueling.

• 2,000-gallon double-wall Jet-A tank with stainless steel inner tank
• Custom Integrated 4-Tank System for gasoline and diesel
• Yanmar diesel-powered fuel pump
• TCS 100 GPM aviation meter
• Velcon aviation filtration
• 2” x 50’ aviation-certified fueling hose with electric rewind reel
• Bottom loading with overfill prevention
• Separate locking dispensing cabinets
• 100W solar charging with LED lighting

Everything is mounted on a heavy-duty 30K triple-axle gooseneck trailer with three 10,000-lb. axles, electric brakes and heavy-duty corner jacks—built to support the size and complexity of this custom fueling system.

The TransFueler TFS-M1-D is a compact, self-contained diesel fueling skid designed to keep fuel where you need it.

With a 119-gallon steel tank and battery-powered dispensing system, it provides a convenient way to fuel equipment, vehicles and recreational toys without making constant trips to the fuel station.

The TFS-M1-D is well suited for small construction sites, farms, golf courses, marinas, shops and properties. Load it onto a suitable truck or trailer and take it along for dirt biking, racing or other off-road recreation.

This TFC-5M-A combines custom aviation fueling flexibility with one of the biggest advantages of the TransFueler M-Series: multiple 119-gallon tanks that can be transported without a HazMat endorsement.

Five individually isolated 119-gallon tanks provide 595 gallons of Jet-A capacity, while M-Series Diesel and Jet-A configurations can be built with up to eight 119-gallon tanks.

Each tank features its own ball valve, allowing the operator to select which tank to draw fuel from, along with an individual sump drain valve, leak indicator, vented fill port and vent.

This custom unit was configured around the customer’s specific fueling needs and includes:
• 12V battery-powered aviation dispensing system
• Mechanical and digital fuel meters
• Velcon aviation fuel filter
• Emergency shutoff switch
• Individual tank selection ball valves
• Individual sump drain valves
• 100W solar panel with control panel
