The Arch Motorcycle 1s single-sided swingarm is a study in precision, patience, and craftsmanship.

Machined from 6061 billet aluminum, it takes more than 17 hours of machining to produce its three individual components. Those pieces are then carefully welded together and finished by hand, bringing the total process to approximately 22 hours of detailed work before the swingarm is ready to be mounted on the 1s.

Every component tells a story. Every hour of work is part of what makes an Arch.

Redefining the American Sport Cruiser.

The ARCH 1s draws influence from both cruiser and street sport riding. The 1s features the first production single-sided billet aluminum swingarm, full carbon fiber tank, a unique mechanical fuel closure, mid- controls and the attention to detail that you'd expect from us.

We took our first production KRGT-1 (VIN # 001) out for a ride up the coast to support our team this past weekend.

It’s been a very long time since this beautiful stretch of Pacific Coast Highway was open and we wanted to take full advantage of this amazing scenic road. It was a quick 900+ plus mile loop to Monterey and back.

Congrats to the Arch Racing team for its fourth podium finish in a row, and for the debut of the docuseries on 🏁
