Just wanted to go over a Recent one Star review. At the risk of sounding very sarcastic. We tend to operate here at All Colors at a normal baseline of common sense. That being said If you really think you can bring your vehicle to ANY collision repair shop that actually stays busy and have them immediately start repairs on a Job that they just spoke with you on the phone about, I would question your common sense level. I do apologise for being kind of rash, but this is the real world and we all live in it and should at least all have some type of sense about us to get through. Maybe I take our great customer base for granted sometimes because they seem to all usually understand that a shop cant stop production to fix there car in the parking lot as they wait!

Spoke to them on the phone they said bring my car in. I Drove all the way here with an unsecured hood in my trunk which was so hard just for them to tell me they can’t do it till later on in the week and I had to schedule.

They could have informed me that over the phone which is extremely unprofessional. Scott asked me what did I quote him and agreed on the quote then said he don’t remember talking to me 🤣

We're Sorry there was a misunderstanding. We do Not offer curbside service! A rough price over the phone is just that a rough price, more of a ballpark if you will. What it is not! It is not an appointment, and it is certainly not a guarantee your vehicle will be worked on the moment you pull in the parking lot. Every vehicle and job is inspected in person and scheduled!
So i do sincerely apologize that we did not drop all of our Scheduled work to start repairs on your vehicle based on a phone call for pricing.
