I want to take a moment to reflect on the business and express my gratitude. I'd like to thank each of you for your support. After a brief social media hiatus, I'm pleased to announce that 865 is back to full operation. The recent months have been eventful, marked by service truck outages and my own physical setbacks due to injuries. Despite these challenges, we're committed to serving our clients effectively. Our tiny management team has worked diligently to restock parts and ensure our fleet is road-ready. It's been a wild couple of months and have not made time for a social media post. You name it and I've probably fixed it in the past several weeks. Traveling almost 10k miles since the first of March. The service van has gone down twice and is now getting a fresh motor. Then the original shop truck went down from bearing failures. All the while still maintaining appointments and keeping folks going. Facebook cut me off on pictures, but here is just a little of what's been accomplished. We apologize for the delay in our updates, but rest assured that 865 Precision has been consistently operating at full capacity. My time is divided between attending to service calls and managing administrative tasks, such as processing quotes and scheduling. Outside of work, I prioritize family time and attending my children's sports events. If I'm unavailable to take your call, please leave a message or send a text, and I will respond as soon as possible.

This particular project began with a service call regarding an awning and gutter pulling from a sidewall. Upon conducting a routine inspection, we discovered strike damage, prompting the creation of an estimate for roof replacement. Work commenced shortly thereafter, involving the installation of a new deck, truss repairs, and the application of a membrane, preparing this unit for further camping memories.

This camper has been in the customers' possession since January, and during their recent travels, the bedroom slide suddenly failed, leaving them with a partially extended slide.
