“You can’t drive on stripped splines.”

This one rolled in with stripped axle shafts and wiped-out axle gears. We pulled the carrier, rebuilt it with a new basket kit, installed new axle shafts and gears, and put it back together the right way.

A failure like this can leave a truck dead on the side of the road. Fortunately, this one is headed back to work instead of sitting in a yard.

Built to work. Repaired to last.

This differential was one trip away from becoming a much bigger problem.
Bearing failure started, metal contamination throughout the housing,
We tore it down, cleaned every part, put new bearing kit in it, set it up correctly, and sent it back out ready for work.
The cheapest repair is usually the one you do before catastrophic failure.

This stick came in with the bucket pin bores worn beyond spec. Instead of replacing expensive components, we welded the damaged areas, set up the line boring equipment, machined everything back to center, and installed new bushings.
No shortcuts. No shim stock. Just iron, machining, and doing the job right.

Sometimes it’s covered in gear oil, weighs half a ton, and takes experience to put back together.
Front and rear Mack differential rebuild completed. Every component inspected, cleaned, and reassembled to spec.

Detroit 60 Series, complete overhaul, back together, and sitting back between the frame rails where it belongs. After a whole lot of hours, busted knuckles, coffee.

There’s something satisfying about taking a greasy worn-out engine and turning it back into a fresh-running workhorse.
We don’t have a corporate office.
We don’t have a fancy showroom.
Just good mechanics, good customers, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Job Duties Include:
✔ Clutch replacements
✔ Differential repairs
✔ Brake jobs
✔ Suspension work
✔ General truck repairs
✔ Welding & fabrication
✔ Parts replacement and installation
✔ Preventive maintenance
✔ Diagnostics (a plus, but not required)
