At Airstream Nuts and Bolts, we believe that working on Airstreams is about more than installing parts and performing upgrades. It's about understanding the lifestyle, the adventure, and the culture that make Airstream ownership so special.
Because of that belief, we have made a significant investment in the future of our team and our company. We'd like to introduce "Spare Stream," a 2021 23' Globetrotter that we purchased and will be available for our shop technicians to use and enjoy with their families.
Think of it like a library book for Airstream adventures. Our team members can check it out, take it camping, travel in it, and experience firsthand what it means to own and use an Airstream.
Why does this matter?
Because the best technicians are the ones who truly understand how their customers use their trailers. When our employees spend time camping, boondocking, cooking, sleeping, traveling, and solving real-world challenges inside an Airstream, they gain valuable insight that simply cannot be learned in a shop.
This program allows our team to experience the same joys, frustrations, conveniences, and opportunities that our customers experience. That knowledge helps us build better systems, provide better service, and continue growing as Airstream specialists.
