Winter Weather Driving Tip! ☃️❄️🌨️🚗

With all the snow we've received over last weekend, snow and ice can build up in your wheels and cause imbalances/vibrations, especially at higher speeds.

Parking in a warm garage, cleaning them out at the car wash, or using a snow brush to remove snow and ice will help your car ride smooth again!

Out of an abundance of caution, all 7 Jamies Tire & Service locations will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th. We will re-open Tuesday, January 27th for normal business hours. Please drive safe if you will be out on the roads. We look forward to getting back into action on Tuesday!

This week at our Jamie’s Tire & Service Beavercreek location, we had the opportunity to support someone who has spent decades supporting others.

We were contacted by personnel from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base about a need within their Child Development Center. Miss Mimi Pastiva, a veteran caregiver of 23 years, was unable to safely get to work during the recent winter weather because her tires had become unsafe.

When we heard her story, we wanted to help, and were glad to donate and install a new set of Goodyear WeatherReady 2 tires on Miss Pastiva’s vehicle at no cost to her, helping ensure she can drive safely and continue the work she has been devoted to for over 20 years.

As we celebrate 50 years in business, moments like this remind us what it truly means to serve the community that has supported us for so long. We’re grateful for the chance to give back, and for the incredible people like Miss Pastiva who make our community stronger every day.

It was a pleasure to take part in Hope to Dream with the United Way of the Greater Dayton last Friday! We were able to help deliver 3 of the 62 beds to children in need in the Fairborn area. It's great to see such a strong turnout to support our local community!

Today we’d like to recognize a cornerstone of the Kettering Goodyear store on Woodman Drive! For 47 years in this same building (since high school!), from the time it was a corporate Goodyear location to today, Tom has been a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring member of the community. He has helped thousands of people keep their vehicles running through the years with his work as a technician.

Today, Tom is retiring! While we’ve only had the pleasure of working with Tom since we took over the Kettering Goodyear store last October, we are grateful to have had him as a part of our team. Thank you for all your hard work Tom! We’re wishing you all the best in retirement!
