T-Man Performance offers 2 new piston kits for the new Harley 117 drop on cylinder kit that will increase your 110 CVO to a 117 without any case modifications. Our most common used piston kit is our in chamber design. This is a direct drop in and will increase your compression to 10.8 using a .040 head gasket with stock valves. We suggest our 590PS or our new 585PS cams, our 660PS cam can be used with a valve spring change. With this upgrade we have produced HP/TQ numbers in the mid 120’s with a good pipe and tune.
