Before a transmission reaches final assembly, its valve body must pass a critical quality check.

Our valve body test machines simulate operating conditions to verify proper function, monitor fluid flow and pressure, check solenoid operation, and identify potential issues before the component moves forward in the manufacturing process.

If a valve body doesn't pass, it goes through troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and correct the issue.

It's one more way JASPER validates performance throughout the remanufacturing process and works to deliver the reliability our customers expect.

NEW UPDATE FOR FORD V6 ECOBOOST!

Jasper Engines and Transmissions is proud to announce that we now install a harmonic balancer on 100% of V6 EcoBoost engines and will continue to offer this for all V6 Duratec engines.

These engines also come with a finishing gasket kit for ease of installation.

Ease of Mind: JASPER currently offers a Premium Service Plan (PSP) for qualifying gas engines, diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials. The Premium Service Plan includes premium labor coverage, towing, fluid, and a car rental allowance.

Another value-added service that gives you extra peace of mind, knowing extra service and protection are there if you and your customer ever need them.
