One of the coolest surveys I’ve ever received. This customer showed up as I was locking the door. They were from out of town and were a little late getting there. I showed them a few cars and found one that made sense. Then being a finance manager, I did the whole deal because I was the only one there to do it. Then detail was closed so I did that too lol. What a deal! Thanks for the kind words Michael!

💥💥LOANER CAR CLEARANCE EVENT💥💥

Now until the end of the month we are running a special event designed to liquidate all former service loaners cars from inventory. We aren’t taking these vehicles into the new year! A lot of people don’t know this, BUT Dealerships live and die with surveys. When I first entered the car business many years ago it was expressed to me the importance of customer service before and after the sale. Years later that advice is still paying dividends.
