We are excited to announce that Bosch Service Solutions, a subsidiary of the Bosch Group, has acquired Roadside Protect, Inc.!
Both companies have a very strong commitment to providing great service of roadside assistance and towing in the U.S. and Canada. By combining our digital platforms with Bosch's global expertise, we will be able to process service requests even more efficiently and transparently, therefore enhancing overall customer experience for the drivers and our clients.

We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings and look forward to setting new standards of breakdown services in North America!

Time flies fast, but with the snowy weather outside, Roadside Protect decided to take a little extra time to enjoy the holiday season!
We had a great holiday party, with a delicious lunch, an exciting raffle, and of course, cozy holiday sweaters! 🎁
The warmth of the team and the festive atmosphere made it a great start of the year to remember!
