There’s something special about this time of year here. The summer crowds have gone home, the beach feels a little more like ours again, and everything seems to slow down just enough to breathe.

I think I’m entering a little “local summer” of my own. As I transition out of my Reiki Shores space, September will be a month of slowing down, exploring, and making room for what comes next.

And while Reiki Shores is transitioning, I’m not disappearing. I have some beautiful group experiences planned for September, and private sessions will continue - just with a slightly different rhythm while I settle in.

It’s been a tough summer for me…. Unexpectedly moving out of my healing space, losing my pup of 12 years shortly after, moving into a new healing space, only to unexpectedly move from there and trying to figure out what comes next.

It was so nice just to “be” today. To find joy in these kiddos and remember this part of me - Aunt Erin to both human and fur babies, who love me just for being me. So happy to squeeze in some fun with them before summer has ended.
