CarLove is an on-site automotive paint and body repair company. Our fleet of mobile paint repair units bring the quality of a high end refinishing shop to the customer's location.

We are seeking a candidate with 1 or more years experience as an Automotive Painter. You must be experienced repairing bumper and light body damage, prepping surfaces for paint, and applying auto paints and clear coats.

This position is salary, plus uncapped commission, based on amount of work done.
Company vehicle, gas card, and phone are provided.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is energetic, outgoing, results driven, and motivated, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills are a necessity.

This position will include a working interview, and a probation/evaluation period of up to 2 weeks during which you will be trained in specific repair methods to be used, and evaluated on all aspects of job performance.

Physical requirements:

Must possess all vision abilities
Must be able to perform work low to ground and above head.
Must qualify to wear respirator.
Must have valid driver license and good driving record.
No DUIs.
Background check will be performed.
Random drug tests will be conducted.
Starting pay is based on experience, full time, with immediate commission for an experienced tech. Pay is Bi-Weekly.

Body Shop Preppers and/or painters apprentice are encouraged to apply, along with those having general automotive experience or paint experience in other industries. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is energetic, outgoing, results driven, and motivated, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills are a necessity.

This position will include a working interview, and a probation/evaluation period of up to 90-180 days, during which you will be trained in specific repair methods to be used, and evaluated on all aspects of job performance.

We just wrapped up our 2019 National Convention in Myrtle Beach this past week and what an eventful convention it was! It's always nice to have everyone together that makes Colors on Parade what it is - our people and their families. Sometimes we celebrate in Cancun and sometimes Hawaii. But every three years, we bring it back to the place it all started over 30 years ago - Conway, SC. We chose "Back to Our Roots" for our theme because this is more than just a company and more than a place. We do more than just "fix" stuff. We innovate. We dream. We aspire. We are family. We have deep roots that continue to spread! Thank you to everyone who attended. It was a pleasure to see you all!
