It was such an honor to have the Patriot Guard Riders journey from Florida for my grandfather this evening. Members joined and journeyed through 7 states for a total of 1077 miles to bring our hero home. Here were just a few of the wonderful men and women who made it to the final stop here at the shop in Indiana, PA.

Charles served his country in the U.S. Navy during WW II aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Nassau CVE 16. After WW II he returned to Indiana, PA and built McAdoo Cycle Shop alongside his father, Charles, Sr (Dutchy). In 1953 he joined the Indiana Borough Police Department, serving for 38 years, the last 14 years as Chief of Police. He lived a fulfilling life to the age of 101 and I’m beyond blessed to have been a part of it. From day one of McAdoo MotoSports, he was always a part of the dealership to mentor me through this journey. Truth be told with out his support and wisdom we would have never been able to achieve a fraction of what we have. God speed.
