When I dropped off my car to a dealership for oil change, a guy approached me and told me that there was a chip on my windshield that I didn't even notice. Then he did all the paper works for me. All I did was to speak to my insurance representative and that's it. The repair was done during the oil was being changed. The best thing was I did not pay anything - they worked with my insurance on behalf of me for the claim process. Great job.
