A customer called us and had their job held up because they needed bollards around an electrical box for an inspection. They called around 11:30am and the bollards were DONE by 5:30pm the SAME DAY!

Great teamwork all around, these bollards are getting yellow Ideal Shield covers which is why some are slightly different heights...the covers will all be cut to the same length. In order to save time we roughed the heights of the bollards.

Here are some photos of a recent conversion we did for a customer in Los Angeles.
There were preexisting 4" square bollards set deep into concrete that needed to be removable. We cut them just above the ground to prevent water from filling them and welded some heavy duty steel angle into the middle of some new 4" steel posts. This way, the existing 4" square holes serve as ground sleeves and there is no need to do any digging!
There is no square tube that would have fit snugly into the existing 4" sleeves (with a 3.500" inside diameter) so we came up with this solution of welding angle inside of 4" sq. tube. It worked perfectly!
