Delorean Club of NZ We're a group of New Zealand DeLorean enthusiasts & owners who have come together to share our interest in the sports car. Founded June 5th 2014.

The DeLorean Club of New Zealand is a small but friendly informal group of DeLorean enthusiasts and owners from all over New Zealand. It was originally formed with the sole purpose to bring DeLorean enthusiasts and owners within New Zealand together, but has now grown to over 2000 Facebook followers from all over the world. Due to New Zealand’s geographic configuration it is very difficult for kiw

i owners to get together & meet, our page has fixed this problem, now giving owners and enthusiasts the ability to communicate together no matter where or when. With only approximately a 30 known Delorean’s within New Zealand, makes owning one meaningful, so our first real South Island gathering in 2014 was extra special, with an amazing five Delorean’s attending! Our aim is continue to share our interest in the Delorean DMC-12 sports car and to preserve the remaining Delorean’s with the knowledge we’ve gained. The Club welcomes anybody owning or interested in the Delorean, from no matter where in the world. We don’t have any membership as in such, which means no annual fee either! Just being here and contributing on our page qualifies you as a club member, so If you’re a fan of DeLoreans then get your dose of stainless steel here! We are always open to suggestions and delighted to be joined by more fans from around the world.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of Back to the Future the epic film that made the DeLorean such an icon.
It’s now showing in limited cinemas around New Zealand until next week

🚗💥 October 21 is BACK TO THE FUTURE DAY!
Today marks the exact date Marty and Doc travelled to 2015 and it’s also 40 years since the original Back to the Future movie hit cinemas in 1985!

🎬 To celebrate 40 years there will be doing limited screenings in select NZ cinemas this November. Check with your local theatre and don’t miss your chance to see it on the big screen!
