Apologies for the long post!

I am sure all of our followers and clients have noticed our inactivity on Fb and Instagram.

The reason for our inactivity is that we sold our business back in March.

It was a bitter sweet decision simply due to the fact that we will miss our amazing staff and loyal clients.

We want to thank each one of our staff from the bottom of our hearts. You were with us as we built this business/ dream from a small warehouse we rented to what this business had grown to. Your hard work and dedication helped us accomplish our very simple company motto. Which was to offer our amazing clients "quality repairs, serive you'll remember".

Our staff is now working with an amazing company, Windfern Collision. We recommend them for all collision needs and I myself use them from paint and body needs.

I also want to thank Walter Boras, my father. This was always his dream and together we shed much blood, sweat, and tears over the time span we were partners. These are memories I will cherish forever. I know that he would be happy with this decision and is proud of what we were able to accomplish. Looking down from heaven.

JOB SUMMARY
The Porter is responsible for porting customer vehicles throughout the repair process. Additional duties include washing and detailing vehicles and keeping the facility clean and safe.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ports customer vehicles as needed for technicians and estimators.
• Performs pre-wash on vehicles.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of vehicles when needed.
• Helps Detailer clean vehicles for customer delivery.
• Vacuum and clean the interior of each vehicle, including windows.
• Help with the general maintenance of the facility (parking lot and building).
• Ensure all vehicles are secure and locked each night.
• May help buff out light scratches; install trim and cosmetic parts, etc.
• Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner that does not expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk of injury.
• Attend daily release meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your main objective above all is to ensure our culture is reflected to our clients and potential clients as you will be the first impression

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Check IN vehicles at Drop off and OUT upon repair completion. Per office Stand Operating Procedure.
7. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
8. Update calendars and schedule meetings
9. Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers
10. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
11. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
