Remember the BMW XM we recently showed getting 3D scanned while we prototyped a custom enclosure? Here’s a look at some of the renders and response mapping before we even move into production.

This is what goes into a true custom project.

Using our in-house 3D scanning, design software, and fabrication capabilities, we’re able to digitally design and preview the final result before anything is actually wired, cut, or fabricated.

More importantly, we can use real data to evaluate the design, make adjustments, and refine the enclosure before a single piece of material is cut.

Another Mopar secured and protected. 🔒

This Dodge Challenger came to us for the ultimate theft protection package, starting with the IGLA PINCODE System. Even if thieves clone your key, perform a relay attack, or gain access to the vehicle, it simply will not start without your personalized PIN code entered through the factory controls.

To complete the package, we also installed a Compustar T13 security system featuring:
• Shock sensor
• Tilt sensor
• Glass break detection
• Two-way LCD remote with long-range communication

This 2021 Toyota Tundra came to us with a great foundation already in place. The owner wanted to tackle the sound deadening himself, so we supplied him with premium materials from our friends at , and he did an outstanding job covering the entire truck. Proper preparation like this goes a long way toward building a great sounding system.

From there, our team took over and designed a system that maximized the factory speaker locations while maintaining an OEM fit and finish. We also built a custom enclosure behind the rear seat to get the most bass possible without sacrificing valuable cabin space.

For the front stage, we chose a combination of .audio speakers for detailed, natural sound. Low frequency duties are handled by a pair of Ultimo PowerSlim subwoofers housed in our custom in-house built enclosure.

Powering everything is one of our favorite combinations, the Helix V Twelve DSP amplifier paired with a Helix P ONE amplifier from our friends at . Once everything was installed, our team professionally calibrated and tuned the system to bring the entire package together.

One thing we always like to remind people is that we work on vehicles of every type, every budget, and every level of customization. While many people know us for our high-end fabrication and one-off builds, we perform retail upgrades every day with the same level of care, precision, and attention to detail. Another stealth installation completed, this time on a 2025 Porsche Macan equipped with an ES**RT Redline CI 360c.

This client wanted the system to perform as well as it looked, so we incorporated an integration module from our friends at Mid City Engineering that allows key system functions, along with audible and visual alerts, to be displayed through the factory instrument cluster for a seamless OEM experience.

For long-term serviceability, we fabricated a custom access panel inside the glove box, making it easy to reach the controller whenever additional menus or future servicing are needed without sacrificing the factory appearance.

Performance is everything, so we also added an additional front transponder to maximize radar detection coverage where it matters most.

Like every premium installation that leaves our shop, the process began with 3D scanning, CAD design, and custom fabrication. Once the designs were finalized, our printers and technicians went to work producing components that fit exactly as intended. The result is a factory-quality installation that performs as well as it looks.

This is the difference between a true engineered installation and the typical “lick and stick” approach. Placement, integration, and testing all play a critical role in how these systems perform.
