Objective

The Sales Representative is responsible for making inbound and outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via text, email or social media as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Accountable for providing superior customer service.
Complete the pre-inspection checklist and quality sheets.
Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate appraisals.
Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements, and warranties,order, receive, invoice parts,QC your cars.

When dealing with the customer, striving to maintain and improve closing ratio set by the Company.
Follow-up on customer appraisals, in order to increase closing ratio.
Ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff and customer regarding status of repair.
Inspect repair and meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work to resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction with the work or the Company.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS CCCONE is a must.

The ideal candidate will also be familiar with office equipment and procedures.

Job duties and responsibilities -
Create invoices using automotive repair software (we will provide training for you in our system)
Sell products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer’s needs.
Provide service technicians with parts as required.
Handles online, phone ordering, shipping and receiving parts.
Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
Answer phones to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Close all work orders in a timely manner while following proper procedures.
Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handles confidential and non-routine information frequently.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
