Growing up I was the kid who constantly took all manner of things apart to see inside and understand how they worked. By the time I turned 18 years old I had: rebuilt engines from the block up, done full engine swaps, dropped/replaced transmissions, mastered steering and suspension, done countless brake jobs, alternators, starters, radiators, ignition, timing, oil leaks, A/C work ... you get the idea. Fixing cars came natural to me. I enjoyed doing it and it didn't seem like work. Shortly thereafter, I left home to attend college and then begin my career. Upon graduating from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) with a degree in Finance, I spent a number of years working in Oil & Gas. Over the years I continued working on personal vehicles, and those of friends and family, thankful I possessed skills and expertise that saved money. Not sure why it took so long to figure this out, seems painfully obvious looking back. I thought to myself, "Why haven't you taken your natural, God given talent in a space where your passion and interests reside, and do that for a living?" Unable to answer myself I decided to do just that, take my talent, passion, and interest and transform it into something more. K-Tech Automotive in its current form, represents a beginning to this journey. Starting out by offering mobile mechanic services, our primary focus is building a loyal client base, introducing ourselves to the local market, and gaining access to growth capital. Once sufficient capital is raised, we plan to open a brick and mortar location. From here expanded service offerings become possible for our loyal customer base, as well as the resources and potential to expand our base further.
