Each year the HD Repair Forum recognizes a person or people who have made a positive impact on the heavy-duty and medium-duty collision repair industry, From the very beginning, the HD Repair Forum has advocated for education and training, and has sought out companies with tools, equipment and services specific to this market.

For 2025 we would like to recognize the 3M team for the development of heavy-duty training, made possible at the 3M Skills Development Center in Minnesota. This facility focuses not on training with 3M products, but on exposing technicians to proper repair processes through hands-on training with tools from across the industry.

We appreciate your endless efforts and endurance in making this available! Thank you and congratulations!
