It's that time of year, call us today to winterize your home away from home! Call us today! Winterization package $85 plus tax. Includes Draining combination gas/electric RV style water heaters, drain plug left out of water heater which you need to put back into water heater before next use, water heater by-pass will be set to normal use, antifreeze in the shower traps, sink traps and toilet, removal of low point drain plugs, washer hookups (if applicable), ice maker (if applicable).

Winterization does not include emptying black/waste tank, gray water tank or freshwater tanks, any external water hoses or garden hoses, removal of external water filters or hoses, any external water pumps, water hookups, waste tanks, nor retracting slide-outs.
