Think modern cars have it tough on the Tail of the Dragon? Try doing it in a 90-year-old Ford! 🐉💨

Before kicking off the AACA Southeastern Fall Nationals in Oak Ridge, two of our Greenhorn members met up to tackle the infamous 11-mile, 318-curve monster on the TN/NC border. This road is legendary for pushing modern performance cars to their absolute limits.

David brought his 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster, and Kyle hit the twisties in his 1973 MGB. It takes serious driving skill—and a lot of trust in your machines—to carve these mountain roads in vintage iron. Huge respect to these guys for driving them the way they were meant to be driven! 🏁⛰️

Kenneth C. Visser of KCV Photography joined us on the 2026 AACA Next Generation Tour to capture the magic that happens when you get three dozen AACA members, all under 45 years old, together to tour the scenic countryside of the Shenandoah Valley.

Ken put together some expertly edited photographs into his albums for us to view, download, and purchase. There are social media-level quality photos available for free download, and higher-resolution photos available for purchase suitable for printing. Please go and support his content!

This is Jeron’s third time on the tour and his second time bringing the roadster. The past two years Jeron has driven his antique car to the tour from Michigan! We’re excited he’s coming back.
