"On our way from Kentucky to Louisiana for Christmas, the alternator in our Sprinter van went out, leaving us stranded at 2:00 a.m. on a very dark entrance ramp to I-55 in Enid, MS. Robert from Craigen's was dispatched through AAA to tow us to our hotel in Grenada, MS. He had the van loaded up quickly, got us to our hotel quickly, and even took my husband to the local Wal-Mart to get a couple of things we needed, since we were going to be at the hotel without transportation for the weekend. Robert went above and beyond the call of duty, he was very kind and helpful. You have a great team at Craigen's! Thank you! "
