Body Shop Assistant
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a motivated member for our Body Shop. The role of the Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC Body Shop Assistant is to help assist the Body Shop Manager with preparing work orders, contacting customers, and maintaining customer rapport.

Job Duties include:
• Schedules appointments
• Write up repair order
• Obtain customer and vehicle data
• Communicate with customers to determine nature of repair
• Help dispatch work
• Keeps customers informed of repair time, any delays, any additional work and costs
• Be responsible for quality control, to ensure that work is completed as requested and to reduce comebacks
