This is how it works.
Take off work early because of an impending snow storm, so you can get your snow plow mounted to this truck.
Knock it out in 3 hours.
Snow doesn’t stick. At all. Nothing to plow but air. 😂

This 180k mile Sierra came into the salvage yard with a suspected bad rear end. Tossed a used transfercase in it and it’s fixed! Actually, needed a few small things too but all quick, cheap and easy. I did make a short video on tearing down the bad transfercase.
I don’t really like waste. This truck would’ve been parted out or scrapped whereas now, it’s back in service.

There’s two things I love about the salvage industry. 1. Saving parts 2. Saving parts using machinery in some luck-ish way that reduces labor to next to nothing.
I’ve pulled lots of back glass from trucks this way.
