An old friend reached out about a severe driveline vibration in his truck. After a full inspection, we found that two U-joints had failed, and the yoke had excessive play. We replaced the worn components and got the driveline operating smoothly again. Another truck back on the road and ready to work. 🛠️🐉

This unit came in needing some serious attention, and we got right to work. 🚛🛠️ Our team completed a full axle brake replacement, along with installing a new wheel seal, studs, and wheel nuts on the driver-side rear.
We also tackled a broken Carter assembly—carefully drilling out the damaged bolts before installing a new Carter and bracket assembly. A leaking cylinder was removed and sent out for rebuild with our trusted friend, 4T Hydraulics LLC, then reinstalled once ready. 🤙🏼
To wrap it up, we performed a full preventative maintenance crane inspection to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently. Another job completed and this unit is back in action, heading to Brunswick. 🐉🚛🛠️
