Well sometimes you win and sometimes you lose….I took the L this weekend but I will say I was able to pull out a win on the friend side.
Service truck alternator failed Friday at a customer location at 4 pm. Had to have my wife run out to pick up the only available re-man in stock locally to get me up and running. Only to have that part fail the next day on my way to another customer site. Good batteries let me limp it to the site where I had to catch a ride home from EQUIPMENT on ’s trailer.
Truck should be back together tonight if my alternator is ready to be picked up after being rebuilt by Fleet Electric.
Moral of the story is take care of your customers, build and maintain good working relationships. You never know when you may need help.
