With many things in life change is important. As we continue to grow, change is needed to continue to offer professional and quality service. Over the last 2 years I have been a "one man show". I've answered phone calls/returned phone calls, written quotes, performed the needed repairs, order parts and have handled billing and honestly we have grown so much over the last 12 months that it has become a bit overwhelming.
🌟 Our first change is in scheduling.
Heidi will be answering phone calls between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
ALL service appointment requests will go through her. Any voice mails left after 4:00 pm will be returned at the start of the next business day unless it is an emergency. In the situation of an emergency an after hours return phone call will be returned as soon as possible. We will also be phasing out text message service requests as well as messenger service requests. By doing this we hope to be able to more efficiently schedule service calls.
🌟 After hours/holiday/weekend service requests.
We understand that things don't just happen during normal business hours and at times we may have to respond after hours, during holidays and on weekends.
If you feel the issue needs to be addressed immediately and it can not wait we will be issuing an emergency call fee to your service call.
🌟 Next and most importantly is payments.
I have tried to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to accepting payments but recently it has become a real problem. Going forward if you would like to pay by check or cash you MUST be present at the completion of the service call. We have seen an increase in people forgetting to send a check or we have to go out of our way to go pick up a check or cash which takes time away from other customers.
If you CAN NOT be on-site during the service call a digital invoice will be sent via email or text message and must be paid via credit card. Payment is due upon receiving the invoice, NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment is not received within 72 hours of reciept a $20.00 late fee will be applied to the invoice. We are a small, family owned business not a huge corporation. We invest in inventory and specialty parts for every job so waiting weeks for payment is unacceptable, we provide a requested service and all we ask is you pay your bill promptly. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
We thank you all and we appreciate your understanding as we move forward with these changes. Without all of you we wouldn't be where we are and we wouldn't be growing the way we are.
