5.3 Chevy Avalanche. Broken exhaust bolt extractions and had to drill out a broken off flush dipstick tube. New motor mounts, that’s why the bolts break in the first place.

Oil filter/cooler housing, was leaking coolant and oil from it. All new o ring rings, and a waterpump.

7.3ps with the zf6. Throw out bearing welded itself solid, clutch didn’t have much life left either. Needless to say, she was mint afterwards.

This one was fun, ‘13 Kia optima sxl. Electric assisted steering coupler replacement. A lot of hyundai/kia cars with assisted steering from around 2010 have this issue, where this little rubber bushing will get soft and deteriorate between the motor and column. Causes a clicking and loose steering wheel.

Didn’t get many pictures because this was an overnight ordeal. Anyways, piston rings and valve seals on a friends d16z6 civic. Came in dumping oil into the first cylinder, with a good amount of blow by, 8 hours later she was running with zero oil consumption!
