And I promised I’d share them as we build this out.

Here’s what’s coming. 👇

On May 9th, just ahead of Mother’s Day weekend 🌷, we are launching an event called Lift Her Up — and it will directly support the life-saving work of Daughters of Worth. 💛

This isn’t just a workout. 💪
This is a declaration. 📣

Mother’s Day is about protecting, nurturing, and fighting for the next generation. 🤍

And there are girls out there who deserve someone willing to fight for their safety, their healing, and their future. 🛡️✨

I’m looking for my she-warriors ⚔️ — women who are willing to stand in the gap and say,

“Not on our watch.”

What does that look like? 👇

We’re raising pledge money per pound that I can deadlift. 🏋️‍♀️

Yes… you read that right.

DEADLIFT. 💥

You don’t have to be ripped.
You don’t have to work out every day.
You don’t even have to lift heavy.

You just need to be willing to lift the bar as a symbolic act that says:

🖤 “We will carry the weight for you.”

For every girl who hasn’t been heard. 🎗️
For every survivor rebuilding her life. 🌅
For every future still worth fighting for. 🌟

It’s time to draw a line in the sand. ⏳

🌻 What a day! 🌻

Our Project Sunshine Jeep Ride was everything we hoped it would be and more. The rain held out, the Jeeps showed up, and this incredible community came together to make a real difference. 🚙☀️💛

Together, we raised awareness, collected much-needed supplies, and raised funds to support the vital work of Daughters of Worth A huge thank-you to Liz Liles and Darrell Ange for spending the day with us — the information they shared about Daughters of Worth and NC Stop Human Trafficking was powerful, eye-opening, and truly inspiring. 🙌

A massive shout-out as well to the staff and management of Mellow Mushroom🍕 — your hospitality and support helped make this day one to remember. And to everyone who came out to ride, cheer, donate, volunteer, and connect: YOU are the reason this event matters. 💛
